If you are like me you hate it when someone trys to "sell" you something. I treat you just like I want to be treated myself (the Golden Rule). You tell me what you want in a home and I go hunting for it just like a faithful retreiver. I won't lie to you, I will point out every fault I see in a home and do my best to find any undisclosed defects. My painful honesty has alienated me from many of my fellow agents. I'm a God fearing man, if I lie to you I gotta answer to him!
